DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), SaintPorn will respond promptly to valid copyright infringement notices submitted to our designated DMCA agent.

SaintPorn operates as a user-generated content platform that respects the intellectual property rights of others. We require all users and partners to comply with applicable copyright laws and remove or disable access to infringing material upon proper notification.

SaintPorn reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any material alleged to infringe and to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

To submit a DMCA notice, please include the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are involved, a representative list of such works on the Website.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to allow SaintPorn to locate it (such as a direct video or gallery URL).
4. Contact information for the complaining party, including a name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notice: If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

1. Your name, address, and telephone number.
2. Identification of the removed material and its original URL.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was due to a mistake or misidentification.
4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal district court for your address, and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, SaintPorn may restore the removed content unless the complainant seeks a court order within ten (10) business days.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly submits a false infringement claim may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees.
